G odson Charnor is an IT professional and youth development advocate with over a decade of experience. As CEO, Co-founder, and System Design Analyst at EITSEC Technologies Ltd, he leads the company’s strategic direction, focusing on innovation, growth, and long-term value creation.

He provides executive leadership across the organisation, overseeing strategy execution, resource allocation, risk management, and key investments. He works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive performance while maintaining strong governance and operational discipline. Godson also represents the company in engagements with investors, clients, partners, and the wider community.

His responsibilities include safeguarding the company’s financial health through effective budgeting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning. He plays a central role in systems analysis, design, and deployment, ensuring the delivery of practical, high-impact IT solutions tailored to client needs. His work spans process optimisation, project coordination, performance measurement, and vendor management.

In March 2026, Godson was appointed as a member of the Thematic Working Group (TWG) on AI Governance and Ethics under the Africa AI Council of Smart Africa for a two-year term. In this capacity, he contributes to the development and promotion of responsible AI policies, as well as legal and regulatory frameworks that align with African values and priorities. His work focuses on advancing ethical safeguards that ensure AI systems across the continent are trustworthy, inclusive, and accountable. As a TWG member, he provides expert input on key initiatives, reviews technical and policy deliverables, participates in working sessions, and supports the elevation of the Group’s recommendations to the Council level.

Beyond his corporate role, he is an independent consultant in leadership and education, with a focus on youth development and transformational leadership. He actively contributes to initiatives such as the Daakye Youth Leadership Training Project under FOSDA, supporting the development of young leaders across Ghana.
With expertise spanning IT systems, cybersecurity, digital marketing, project management, financial analysis, strategic planning, computer forensic investigation, cybercrime investigation, and mobile forensics, AI Governance and Data Protection, Godson remains focused on driving innovation, strengthening ethical leadership, and contributing to sustainable development across Africa.
