Emmanuel Kpogo A value-driven Chartered Professional specializing in supply chain, procurement, and logistics, he bring a wealth of expertise in contract management, stakeholder relations, outsourcing strategies, third-party logistics, customs bonded warehouses, and strategic business improvement within petroleum operations. He prioritize innovation in petroleum operations and also committed to continuous learning, leadership, and teamwork.
With a FIATA Diploma in International Freight Forwarding, he focus on enhancing supply chain efficiency, agility, and quality through strategic initiatives. His experience spans roles as an adjunct lecturer, training facilitator, business analyst, and coach. he also provide consulting services to SMEs in IT/BPO, offering workshops on export development, marketing and sales, balanced scorecard strategy, and operational capacity building. Leveraging on proficiency in marketing and sales tools, he drive effective sales cycles and align them with procurement processes.
He has also been involved in about 17 International projects (including consultancies with funding and international Governmental projects). He also has industrial experience as he has worked in more than 5 different non-academic institutions right from management to operational levels.
At the International Trade Centre of the United Nations, he specialize in Export Development, Marketing & Sales Strategy, and International Trade. He consult on business development and export strategies for Ghanaian SMEs, driving expansion, export journeys, and trade competitiveness.
