Mrs. Theodora Williams-Anti is a seasoned development expert with over 15 years of experience in the field of development work in Ghana. She is a prominent gender activist, a peace and security expert, and a dedicated advocate for youth development. Her extensive experience and passion have led her to serve as the current Executive Director of the Foundation for Security and Development in Africa (FOSDA). Her vision is deeply committed to contributing to the development of Africa by offering professional leadership with integrity across the development, public, and legal sectors. She envisions a continent where leadership is driven by ethical values, prioritizing the advancement of Africa and its citizens. Her passion lies in ensuring that every African citizen lives a life of dignity, free from poverty, and has access to opportunities that enable them to exploit and achieve their dreams.
